We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@doodwoof.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can quickly resolve the issue.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will automatically be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
